Google - Rewinding celebrity careers to the simple search that started it all.

Google Search, like many Google platforms, has become so ingrained into our lives it's almost invisible. For their summer 2022 campaign we wanted to reinforce the power of Google Search amongst Gen X and Gen Z’s in Japan.



We created an integrated campaign showing how popular influencers and personalities on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube started their careers with a simple search.

The campaign captured the journeys of idol TWICE Sama, comedian Rei Maruyama and skate legend Yuto Horigome from their first search to where they are today.
